At Robert Bosch Australia, where I initiated and executed customer service strategies for both internal and external stakeholders. I negotiated sample prices with international suppliers and customers to hit our profit targets. Additionally, I managed customer prototype sample and service requests from overseas to Australia, fulfilling their R&D project needs on time. My role also involved processing orders within deadlines to maintain customer fulfillment goals, creating accurate quotations for parts and services, invoicing customers for their purchases and services, and following up on invoices. I also generated cost and profitability reports for the sample business to aid in forecasting and business planning, supporting Project Managers with specific internal project requirements.
